Payment
The Socki Company accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Visa Electron, and Apple Pay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
- Denmark - Danish Kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR)
The Socki Company uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by third parties.
The Socki Company’s website also uses SSL encryption.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1 - 3 days.
The Socki Company ships with the following carriers:
- GLS - Business
- GLS - Private
- GLS - Parcel Shop
- PostNord - Private
- PostNord - Business
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
You can choose between "without home delivery" or "with home delivery."
You will always receive a tracking number so you can track your package from our warehouse to your address.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day full return policy for items purchased on our website unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
The 30-day period starts on the day your order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Your intention to withdraw must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the returned item must reach us within 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent via email to Hello@sockisocki.com. The message must clearly state your desire to make use of the withdrawal right.
Condition of the Product upon Return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the product due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
This means that you may try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond this, it will be considered second-hand, and you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all. The Socki Company will assess the product's condition upon return.
Warranty and Complaints
A 2-year warranty applies to all products in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects or faults must be reported to The Socki Company within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. A period of up to two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed upon.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs for valid complaints.
The warranty does not cover improper or unusual use of the product.
The Socki Company will cover return shipping costs within reasonable limits.

Complaints will not be accepted if sent with cash on delivery.

We do not resell or share your personal data with third parties; it is only stored in our customer database. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
To complete a transaction with The Socki Company, we require the following information:

We store your personal information to process and deliver your order.
Personal data is registered with The Socki Company and stored for up to five years before being deleted.
