Yes. You can, for example, sign up for our newsletter, or buy some of our stocking boxes, where you can also save a lot of money.
How long do I have to wait for my socks?
How long do I have to wait for my socks?
We always ship orders by 1:00 PM on weekdays, and they are prepared as soon as we receive payment for the order.
Normally, it takes 2-4 business days from the time you receive your order confirmation until you get your new socks.
Since we use external providers for shipping, errors beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Who's coming with your socks?
This depends on which provider you choose at checkout. We use GLS and PostNord.
GLS delivery time:2-4 days (we typically experience delivery within 1-2 days).
PostNord delivery time:Same-day delivery (according to PostNord's website).
Where can I find my order number?

You will receive an email with an order confirmation, where you can find your order number.
There will also be a tracking number included. If you can't find it, please email us athello@sockisocki.com, and we’ll send it to you again.
Does SockiSocki ship internationally?
SockiSocki sells socks in the following countries, in addition to Denmark:Belgium, France, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Greece, Iceland, and Portugal.

How much does delivery cost?
On SockiSocki.com, we offer a variety of shipping options. This allows you to choose the one that feels most convenient and secure for you.
However, we can guarantee you:
- Free delivery to a parcel shop on at least one shipping method for orders over 95 €.
- Affordable home delivery for 150 € on at least one shipping method for orders under 95 €.
Does the button generate when you wear the sock?
No – you won’t even notice it. The button on the inside of the sock is completely flat, so there’s no discomfort. We’ve tested this feature extensively to ensure it wouldn’t be a problem.
We’ve had riders wearing tight riding boots, tested them in winter boots, running shoes during runs, and more. Under all these different conditions, our testers didn’t even think about the button or experience any discomfort while wearing our socks.
What is the button made of?
The button is made of plastic. We’ve tested various materials and found that plastic performs the best in all our tests, ensuring it doesn’t cause discomfort for the user.
However, in rare cases, the buttons may cause an allergic reaction in people with particularly sensitive skin or plastic allergies.
What is the sock made of?
We offer two types of socks: organic cotton and bamboo.
Our organic cotton socks are made of:
- 80% organic GOTS-certified combed cotton
- 17% polyamide
- 3% elastane
Our bamboo socks are made of:
- 80% FSC-certified bamboo
- 17% polyamide
- 3% elastane
The boxes we use to send our socks are made from FSC-certified recycled paper to protect the environment. Additionally, all our socks are Ökotex certified.
Where are our socks produced?
SockiSocki socks are produced in a family-owned factory in Turkey that has been passed down through generations. Six years ago, we had the opportunity to acquire a stake in this factory, making us part owners today. This combination allows us to collaborate and create the best, most uncompromising, and innovative socks on the market, to the delight of feet around the world.
The factory is BSCI-approved, and it is also FSC and Oeko-Tex certified.
50% of The Socki Company is owned by one of the largest producers of underwear and socks in Denmark. The company manufactures around 8-10 million pairs of socks and 2-3 million pieces of underwear annually, primarily for large retail chains in the Scandinavian and German markets. This gives us expertise, know-how, and a strong focus on CSR, ensuring a high level of quality and expertise in sustainable production.
All our socks are produced according to EU standards for fit and sizing for men, women, and children, which most retailers in the EU follow.

My socks are damaged; what should I do?
Please contact us if you notice any manufacturing defects when you receive your socks. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

I regret my purchase.
At The Socki Company, you can return your products within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following when returning a product:
- The product must be unused, with labels and packaging intact.
- You will cover the shipping costs – the sender is responsible for the return shipment.
- You will receive a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned product, provided the product adheres to SockiSocki's return policy.
